Your Role and Responsibilities

Your role will include...

• Work closely with design teams and senior leadership
• Converting design inputs into compelling designs
• Lead or facilitate design thinking workshops
• Ensuring top quality design outputs and experiences
• Creating low fidelity and high fidelity clickable prototypes
• Visual designs, brand manuals, mockups, posters and brand design extending into digital and print
• Co-ordination with Internal teams and communities
• Client Interaction/handling, communication and presentation
• Lead Projects and teams
• Lead practice initiatives
• Lead POC’s, project pitches and estimations
• Mentor and groom designers
• Share knowledge and also train internal people
• Part of evaluation, technical panel and help in recruitment
• Be well-connected with design group both within the company and outside
• Constantly keep once self-motivated and look at self growth
• Create internal and external eminence for self
• Be an ambassador for the company and design

• Story telling in assignments and in presentation techniques
• Concepts, storyboards, visual hierarchies, branding, typography, colour theories, layouts and grids, imagery and iconography, video editing, 2D/3D graphics, prototypes etc.
• Recruitment assignment creation and setting recruitment standards
• Innovative & futuristic thoughts, ideas and appropriate artifacts useful for the practice and company.
• Knowledge sharing and ready to travel.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AR/VR, motion graphics is good to have.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 10 + Years of experience in Design experience
• Design thinking exposure
• Define standards and Best Practices
• Story telling in assignments and in presentation techniques
• Concepts, storyboards, visual hierarchies, branding, typography, colour theories, layouts and grids, imagery and iconography, video editing, 2D/3D graphics, prototypes etc.
• Recruitment assignment creation and setting recruitment standards
• Innovative & futuristic thoughts, ideas and appropriate artifacts useful for the practice and company.
• Knowledge sharing and ready to travel.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent story telling, communication, presentation and social skills.
• Must dare to be different with concepts, user flows, coordinating across teams and client interactions
• An aim to learn and master newer design techniques and technologies
