How you will contribute :

  • Planning and overseeing the execution of two large scale NPI manufacturing projects including Drug Product and API operations.
  • Preparing project plans for both API and DP projects
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans for all projects, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk mitigation strategies are integrated into project plans and executed effectively
  • Regularly communicate identified risks to TT manager and various other project stakeholders.
  • Ensuring projects adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and timelines.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams including Production, CAPEX Projects, Finance, quality control, Supply Chain and Global ownership functions to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve cost-effective and timely project completion.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project delivery or product quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and other relevant standards.
  • Communicating project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency.

General Employee Responsibilities:

  • Participate fully in any cross functional training initiatives.
  • Foster, in cooperation with other TIL staff, an ethos of continuous improvement where CI is accepted as an integral part of the overall business.
  • Ensure timely completion of all SOP, reading, training and assessment.
  • Other duties as required and directed by the Manager, Finance or other Officer appointed by the Board of Directors.

What you bring to Takeda :

  • Degree qualified in appropriate management, engineering subject or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Lead PM roles.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing would be beneficial
  • Proficient knowledge of project management processes and procedures.
  • Proficient execution planning skills.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP procedures and practices.
  • Strong in organising and managing complex project activities.
  • Working knowledge of project control systems.
  • Understand contractual requirements for the project
  • Ability to work under pressure & managing conflicting tasks at the same time.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Ability to work well with others to achieve organisational goals.
  • Safety focused.
