If you’re ready to apply your exceptional skills to create the factory of the future, we’d love to speak with you. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a warehouse supervisor to join our Delivery team. As a warehouse supervisor you eill ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of products. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of organization and cleanliness methodologies based on the 5S system, as well as ensure compliance with all performance metrics established to maintain a high-quality warehouse.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • Receiving Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the unloading, verification, and storage activities of received goods.
    • Ensure accuracy in checking received goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
    • Resolve discrepancies in deliveries and report any anomalies or damage to received products.
    • Inventory Management
    • Conduct and supervise cyclical counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Coordinate with the purchasing department to optimize inventory levels and prevent overstocking or shortages.
    • Implement continuous improvement strategies in inventory management.
    • Coordination of Deliveries and Integration
    • Plan and organize the preparation and dispatch of orders according to Integration priorities and customer demand.
    • Supervise the correct labeling and packaging of products for shipment.
    • Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and conform to quality standards.
    • Cleaning and 5S System
    • Implement and maintain the 5S system to ensure the warehouse is always clean, organized, and safe to work in.
    • Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to 5S standards.
    • Train and motivate the team on the importance of maintaining an orderly and efficient work environment.
    • Performance Metrics and Reporting
    • Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of warehouse operations.
    • Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, operational efficiency, and production objectives compliance.
    • Analyze performance data to identify improvement areas and propose corrective actions.

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE

    • Minimum Education: Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 3 years in supervisory positions within warehouse operations.
    • Skills: Leadership, organization, strong analytical abilities, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication skills.
    • Knowledge: Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP, and Office tools.
