About the Team

You'll be selling Akamai solutions to existing and new accounts within the Israeli market (and potentially in Greece). You will be responsible for the full customer life cycle. Working with marketing on demand generation to deal closure, customer management & renewals. You'll be supported by cross-functional internal teams, ensuring success with upsell / cross sell, building customer loyalty.

As a Senior Major Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Fostering long term relationships through positioning valued solutions to meet your customers and partners unique needs.
• Maintaining sales pipeline, accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting. Managing contract renewals. Minimising lost revenue and churn.
• Working with integrated cross-functional teams to ensure your customers and Akamai partners, realise the Value of their Akamai services.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have relevant sales experience of at least 7 years working with Israeli organisations and partners.
• Have experience selling enterprise-class technology software, SaaS, internet-based technology solutions to enterprise class companies.
• Demonstrate experience of account management with short term and long-term planning, selling value at C-Level.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of technology and the Internet, including cyber security.
• Have experience working in a collaborative, results oriented environment building executive level relationships with high-level customers.
• Have experience working in a collaborative, results oriented environment building good relationships with local partners
• Have good written and verbal communication skills.
