Job Description
SeatGeek Enterprise, a division of SeatGeek Inc., develops, maintains, implements and supports a suite of tech products including SRO our latest ticketing software. We come from different places and have different stories to tell but share a passion for building outstanding ticketing technology to support live entertainment – Sports, Music, Theatre, Comedy and the Performing Arts.
Reporting to our Senior Inside Sales Manager, you will be a founding part of an Inside Sales team to promote the adoption of SeatGeek’s ticketing SaaS solution across mid-sized US Sports and Entertainment venues.
What You’ll Do:
- Source, qualify and develop leads for SGE’s ticketing full-stack solution
- Build key relationships with prospects to gain a deep understanding of company and prospects’ goals to enable successful client acquisition
- Own and manage sales pipeline for specific segments of mid-sized Sports or Entertainment US Clients
- Track metrics and success criteria for all sales activities, leading to results-oriented decisions
- Refine value proposition by target segment and optimize sales collateral/messaging
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to refine the value proposition and offering to mid-sized prospects
- Contribute to workflows to ensure clean transition to SGE Implementations and Support teams post-sale
Who You Are
- You have 2+ years of direct or Inside Sales experience within the SaaS Enterprise or Sports/Entertainment industries
- You excel at generating new business opportunities by prospecting leads and high quality pipeline management
- You are a high-quality communicator, in particular able to explain the value proposition of a powerful SaaS Enterprise product
- You are a positive and persuasive relationship builder internally and externally
- You are comfortable holding everyone around you accountable - prospects and SeatGeek alike
- You are solution oriented - and able to build an atmosphere in which you can spark creative thinking to navigate challenges
