Job Description:

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is hiring for the following role in Cambridge, MA (multiple openings): Manager. Business Operations. Lead dashboard projects that deliver substantial business insights and guide decision-making across the organization; Deliver marketing data dashboards for business leaders that will guide actions and optimize performance; Gather end-user requirements from stakeholders to fulfill dashboard roadmap; Manage and coach business analysts to assist with dashboard projects; Design effective and impactful visualizations for business audiences; Analyze complex data to understand the feasibility and expand our dash boarding capabilities; Maintain the development queue and communicate priorities; Act as subject matter expert in marketing data and dashboards; Establish best practices for dashboard delivery and ongoing operations; Partner with our Stakeholder Management team to educate and enable users; and Partner with external teams on organizational initiatives. Required Qualification:

Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology and Management, or Telecommunications Engineering, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or closely related analytics role.

Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology and Management, or Telecommunications Engineering, plus five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or closely related analytics role.

Must have: One (1) year of experience with the following: SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Tableau, R, Salesforce or other CRM platforms, and Advanced Excel & PowerPoint.

Compensation:

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from $144040 - $154614/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
